Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email address, organisation, area of interest, and a short message. It also asks you to acknowledge this notice and agree to be contacted about your enquiry when it is shared with Covorg.

Please provide only the information needed to introduce your request. Do not include passwords, financial account information, confidential customer records, or other sensitive material.

Sending an enquiry

When you select “Send enquiry”, the details you provide are transmitted to Covorg’s enquiry service and stored for review by authorised team members. A confirmation appears after the service has recorded your request. You do not need an account to send an enquiry.

The form does not save your entries to browser storage. If a request fails, your entries remain on the page so you can correct them or try again. Leaving or refreshing the page may clear them.

If online submission is unavailable and the form is labelled “Prepare enquiry”, it creates a local preview instead. Preparing or downloading that enquiry does not send it to Covorg. Any downloaded text file is stored on your device and remains under your control.

Use of enquiry information

Information shared with Covorg through an enquiry helps the team understand your request, assess the relevant opportunity, and contact you about it. Enquiries are retained for correspondence and business recordkeeping. Please do not use the form to send information you are not authorised to share.

This notice describes the website enquiry experience. Any additional information requirements for an engagement can be discussed directly with the team.

Technical information and cookies

Like other websites, delivering these pages involves standard web requests. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, and requested pages to operate the website and protect it from misuse.

The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA when the security check is enabled. Google may process browser and device information and use cookies to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

This website does not include optional analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ own practices.

Your choices

You can browse the website without completing an enquiry. You can edit the form before preparing or submitting it, and decide whether to download or share a prepared enquiry.

If you have already shared information with Covorg and would like to ask about it or request a correction, include that request when contacting the team. Avoid including additional sensitive information in the initial message.
